Radio Plane or to be more specific radio controlled planes are a great source of entertainment for all ages. They can be used indoors such as a large hall, though the remote operated helicopters are better suited for use within smaller areas with your home for example.Outside a radio plane can used for best effect on a still windless day in a field or similar areas without obstructions such as trees or pylons. For younger children the controls on the remote unit can sometimes be a  bit tricky to operate. For that reason these kind of gadgets are best to be learned with an experienced radio plane  operator on hand to guide and assist, especially with some of the larger radio controlled planes or more complex manoeuvres.
The buttons and levers  for the radio plane are contained within an electronic box. These will control speed ,up and down motion when it is in the air.

You will also have to choose a suitable remote control or transmitter for your plane. This is basically and electronic box with levers and buttons, which help you in controlling the plane's motions when it is in the air. Some of controls have only two channels which give basic functions.Others have three channels which give more options for controlling the planes flight. It is is best to have the three channel control box even though you might not need it at the moment, but as you become better skilled you will certainly need it in the future.
For a radio controlled plane to get off the ground with ease it is best that it has large wings and is light. The wings will catch the breeze more effectively, and have a flatter bottom design will help with the lift.
